QuickBooks is best suitable for small businesses, but is growing with many additional add on softwares available. By providing one-on-one training McGuire & Associates is able to train, assist, and provide immediate answers for trouble shooting or general "how to" questions.
QuickBooks offers many different payroll plans. Our payroll set-up helps a business pick the best plan for them. We provide onsite full training so each client feels comfortable to run payroll by themselves. We recommend clients have McGuire & Associates complete their quarterly reports, as well as year end W-2s and 1099s.
Remote Access gives us the ability to quickly show clients how to fix a problem or run reports without having to make an onsite appointment for a later time.
